We are located a ferry (or float plane) ride away from Vancouver and Victoria.
We barely get winter! We get a lot of rain but temperatures rarely drop below freezing.
Housing is difficult to find on Mayne Island, but the good news is, we have housing available for the health professionals we are hiring for the Mayne Island Health Centre.
We have a beautiful childcare centre and an elementary school. Older kids go to high school on the water taxi.
